I absolutely love these cookies! They take no time to make and are the perfect sweet treat- healthy and delicious. It's great to have some mixes on hand for any visitors - especially around the holidays. In less than 15 minutes, my kitchen smells amazing!
I have tried all the flavors. Taste wise these aren’t my preference (the confetti is the best IMO). These are easy to make like the others and everyone else seemed to like them in my home. Would definitely recommend!
This mix was a very pleasant surprise. I’m always interested in alternative flour bases, as someone who also bakes with gluten free flour quite a bit, and these cookies didn’t disappoint. My pants were a little tighter around the waist was the only downside afterwards. I “think” I ate them all in one sitting. I liked the chocolate chunk mix the best out of the three, but enjoyed the other two as well. I’ll buy these again.
